Ingredients
1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Heat broiler. On a baking sheet, toss the asparagus with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange the asparagus in a single layer and broil. Shake the baking sheet occasionally (2 minute intervals), until tender and slightly charred, about 8 minutes.
